I've always had a passion for helping people get the best from themselves and out of life as a whole. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing someone believe in their own potential and achieving their goals.

That has been at the heart of my leadership style which encompasses over 15 years of experience in major health charities. Independent of my current role as the Chief Executive Officer at the British Society for Immunology I am also offering executive coaching to support my clients to be the very best in what they do now and develop clarity of vision for their medium and long term future.

Through combining my unique experience in senior leadership, business growth and professional development, as well as a PhD in life sciences, I bring a passion to working with and through others to achieve outstanding impact.

Throughout my own career I have built and led teams, organisations and global initiatives, developed corporate strategies and carried out extensive media work.

Having gained a diploma and an international accreditation in executive coaching I am bringing together executive coaching skills with my breadth of experience to provide a first in class coaching offer.
